Family Tree is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify a full-service affordable housing developer to partner with us in the redevelopment of an approximately 1.7- acre property it owns in Arvada, Colorado, referred to as Marshall Street North. Responses are due by 5 PM MST on November 19, 2021.
