POSITION: Parenting Time Supervisor

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Domestic Violence Services Division-Domestic Violence Outreach Program

QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree from an accredited university with two years post-grad experience. Licensure required, LCSW preferred. Supervised parenting time experience or knowledge helpful. Knowledge of domestic violence, child abuse and neglect, child development, mental health and substance abuse issues and the dynamics of high conflict divorce upon children and parents preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Must have basic computer competency.

POSITION SUMMARY: Position is responsible for program oversight and quality assurance for the Family Tree Parenting Time Program. Duties include program monitoring, and planning; assistance with budgeting, oversight, program staff supervision, data collection, reporting, and review; external and internal networking and collaboration; and overall program accountability. Supervision of Master’s level student interns performing the tasks of supervising visits between a child and an adult and ensuring safety (physical, mental and emotional) for the child, and in some cases, adult victim. THERE IS NO THERAPEUTIC/COUNSELING COMPONENT IN THIS POSITION.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time-40-hours, Non-exempt, Monday-Friday, may include evenings and weekends.
