POSITION: Bilingual Case Manager/Navigator
DIVISION/PROGRAM: Housing & Family Stabilization - GOALS program
POSITION SUMMARY: Case Manager/Navigator for GOALS program
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field plus two years of experience working with homeless families or a comparable mix of education/experience required. Must be committed to utilizing a 2 Generational or multigenerational Approach. Which consists of-parenting education, employment and youth development. Building relationships with under-resourced, at-risk families. Must be open to learning and adapt well to change. Must be able to be both creative and flexible in service delivery of Case Management. Must be open to supervision and feedback. Must have strong computer skills; prefer Word, Outlook, HMIS and Access. Prefer knowledge of Arapahoe county area resources. Must be able to establish and coordinate working relationships with various community providers and Homelessness Program team members. Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license, car insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle record. Must clear background checks with Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI). Proficient oral and written skills.
