Key organizational statistics

Family Tree serves individuals and families experiencing poverty, trauma, and crisis. In fiscal year 2025-2026, Family Tree provided direct, in-person services to 6,528 clients, including 2,878 children and youth, 61% of whom were under 11, responded to 12,426 crisis and helpline calls, and provided 42,898 nights of shelter. The majority of our clients are: female-headed single-caregiver households (72%) with an average of two children; adults between ages of 36-64 (55%); and households with annual incomes under $20,000 (87%) at intak

Other 2025-2026 Fiscal Year Highlights

    • 77% of engaged families completed one or more SafeCare® topics, proving a significant increase in parenting skills.
    • 100% of survey respondents reported they would recommend SafeCare® to a friend.
    • 83% of domestic violence survivor survey respondents reported they know more ways to plan for their safety.
    • 89% of Roots of Courage clients surveyed report increased their knowledge of community resources.
    • 75% of families exiting the House of Hope program increased or maintained their income.
    • House of Hope provided 106 in-shelter residential meetings, topical groups, and kids group.
    • 66% of families at GOALS exited to safe and stable housing. 
    • 78% of those exiting the Homelessness program did so to safe and stable housing.
