Marshall Street Landing is Family Tree’s Permanent Supportive Housing program, designed to provide long-term, stable housing for individuals and families who have experienced chronic homelessness. The program combines deeply affordable housing with wraparound, trauma-informed services that support residents in maintaining stability, improving well-being, and building toward greater independence. Marshall Street Landing opened in October 2025, created in partnership with local housing and human service agencies to address the community’s urgent need for permanent, service-rich housing options. The program offers individual units, community spaces, and on-site support staff who help residents navigate resources, establish goals, and sustain long-term housing success.

The launch of Marshall Street Landing was made possible through a blend of public and private funding, including municipal support, foundation grants, and philanthropic contributions dedicated to expanding permanent supportive housing in the region. Ongoing funding includes operating support through public housing and behavioral health programs, continued foundation partnerships, and donations from individuals, faith communities, and corporate supporters. These diversified funding streams ensure the long-term sustainability of the program and allow Family Tree to provide residents with consistent, individualized support. Through this community investment, Marshall Street Landing offers not only a place to live, but a pathway to stability, healing, and belonging.
