Family Tree works alongside individuals and families throughout their journey to safety and economic independence, providing emergency residential/shelter services, basic needs, case management and advocacy, therapeutic services, outreach support, rental and utility assistance, housing search and placement, access to education, employment, and other resources, and much more. By leveraging deeper, broader, and more holistic services and programs, Family Tree empowers individuals and families to discover their own strengths to create lasting, positive change.
