WELCOME to Family Tree's Volunteer Center
"The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” ~ Ghandi
Family Tree's mission is to help people overcome child abuse, domestic violence, and homelessness to become safe, strong and self-reliant. When you volunteer with Family Tree, you are directly helping a child, neighbor or friend in your own community.
In 2007 fiscal year, Family Tree utilized the talents and energy of 380 individuals and over 1,000 group volunteers. Over 50 group volunteer projects were completed, and a total of 21,206 volunteer hours were donated!
Whether you are looking for a one-time activity, an ongoing project or a group activity . . . Family Tree has a large variety of volunteer opportunities for you!
