POSITION: Outreach Advocate

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Domestic Violence Services-Domestic Violence Outreach Program

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services or related field or equivalent
training and work experience. Two years experience working with victims/survivors of domestic violence preferred.
Must have some knowledge of trauma-informed practices and basic mental health issues. Must have excellent oral
and written communication skills; demonstrated public speaking skills are necessary as this position requires the ability to provide educational trainings in the community. Basic computer competency necessary.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing advocacy, individual and group support and education
for survivors of domestic violence. Must demonstrate a commitment to serving and working with all populations and
people. This position is also responsible for participating in outreach activities designed to inform the community of the
dynamics of domestic violence, Family Tree's Domestic Violence Support Services, and to engage survivors in those
services. Some evenings required; ability to be flexible with schedule is preferred.

SCHEDULE:
Full-time, non-exempt (40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with some nights and weekends)

POSITION: Bilingual SafeCare Case Manager

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Child and Youth Services-SafeCare

QUALIFICATIONS:
.Bachelor's degree in a human service related field, with 2 years of experience providing case
management or home visiting services strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational
skills required. Computer proficiency required, with skills in MS Word, Excel, Access, and web-based database
preferred. Knowledge of community resources in Metro Denver preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) oral and written
skills required.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide home-based case management to parents/caregivers of children aged 0-5 years,
including assessment, crisis intervention, referrals/linkages to community resources, financial assistance, follow-up,
and supportive services to enhance and support family's participation in SafeCare Colorado services.

SCHEDULE:
Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours per week.

POSITION: Bilingual SafeCare Program Assistant

DIVISION/PROGRAM: Child and Youth Services-SafeCare

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and two years office administration experience, or
comparable education/experience mix required. Must be computer literate including proficiency in Microsoft Word,
Excel, Outlook, Windows and web-based operating systems. Must have strong organizational skills,
interpersonal/phone skills, and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and
professionalism required. Flexibility, multi-tasking, and adaptability to changing circumstances and systems required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) oral and written skills required.

POSITION SUMMARY: The SafeCare Program Assistant is responsible for providing daily administrative support of the
program general support to program staff. This position has contact with potential clients, referral sources, and Parent
Support Providers who deliver the SafeCare program.

SCHEDULE: Full-time, non-exempt, 40 hours per week.

Bachelor's Degree in human services related field from an accredited college or university
preferred. Previous employment or internship with homeless families and individuals with multiple barriers and
individuals desirable. Understanding of the dynamics of homelessness, domestic violence, mental illness, and co-occurring
disorders as well as knowledge of community resources is strongly desired. Ability to work evenings and/or
weekends as needed.

Bachelor's Degree in human services related field from an accredited college or university
preferred. Previous employment or internship with homeless families and individuals with multiple barriers and
individuals desirable. Understanding of the dynamics of homelessness, domestic violence, mental illness, and co-occurring

weekends as needed.
