POSITION: Case Manager

PROGRAM: Adams County TANF Stable Families Program

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor'€™s degree in a human service related field, with prior experience providing case
management or home visiting services strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational
skills required. Computer proficiency required, with skills in MS Word, Excel, Access, and CBMS preferred. Knowledge
of community resources in Adams County and Metro Denver preferred. Must be able to work independently in clients'€™
homes and in the community, and develop and maintain working relationships with various community providers. Must
have access to acceptable transportation on a daily basis for home visits and off-site meetings. Must have a valid
Colorado driver'€™s license, car insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle record.

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide time-limited and home-based case management, including assessment, crisis
intervention, referrals/linkages to community resources, financial assistance, follow-up, and supportive services, to
increase the stability of Adams County families receiving Child-Only TANF.

SCHEDULE: Part-time (24 hours a week, M-F, during the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm). May include some evenings and
weekends.

POSITION: Bilingual Legal Advocate

PROGRAM: DV Services€“ Legal Advocacy Program


QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor'€™s degree in Criminal Justice, Social Service, or related field or equivalent training and
work experience. Knowledge of domestic violence issues and one year experience working with battered women and
the criminal justice system preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bilingual Legal Advocate assists victims of domestic violence, stalking and sexual assault
with accompaniment to court for civil and criminal hearings, provides staff for protection order clinics at Jefferson
County court house, provides liaison with victim advocacy agencies and the criminal justice system, and provides
advocacy for shelter residents and non-residential clients. Must demonstrate a commitment to serving and working
with all populations and people.

SCHEDULE:
Full-time, non-exempt (40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, with some nights and weekends)

POSITION: Data Analyst

PROGRAM: Homelessness Services

QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent and two years of office administration experience
or comparable education/experience mix. . Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and Homeless
Management Information System (HMIS) with ability to rapidly learn other data collection systems comfortably. Must
have strong organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability
to changing circumstances and systems required. Knowledge of child abuse, domestic violence, and issues related to
homelessness preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for providing general support to the Division Director and serving
as staff support through data collection, evaluation, and monitoring.

SCHEDULE: Full-time, 40 hours per week.

weekends as needed.
